I finally successfully tried the hyper ketosis diet and I am feeling AMAZING! I feel so energized and most importantly NOT INFLAMMED or bloated. Have you heard of the hyper ketosis diet before? If so, have you tried it? It is very different than a traditional keto diet. You have to restrict more but once you get through the first couple of days, it really isn't that bad.

I am on week 2 of the hyper ketosis diet and I feel great. I had a minor setback over the weekend and ate something that was NOT keto friendly but I still lost weight and feel good while eating like this. The weight that I lost is miraculous. Being in my 40's now, it can be harder to lose weight but the hyper ketosis diet has been good to me. More importantly my mind is stronger too!
